STAMPED ("we", "us", "our") is a digital passport platform operated by MuLearn for the Tricult 2026 event. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your personal data when you use our platform, in compliance with applicable data protection regulations including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (India).

2. Data We Collect

We collect the following personal data when you register and use STAMPED:

  • Account Information: Name, email address, phone number, college/institution name
  • Profile Data: Selected persona, tier status, Tricult Points balance
  • Activity Data: Stamps collected, missions submitted, submission content (text/links)
  • Authentication Data: Login credentials managed via Supabase Auth (we do not store passwords directly)
  • Technical Data: Browser type, device information, IP address (collected automatically for security)

3. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used exclusively for:

  • Operating the digital passport system (stamps, missions, points, leaderboard)
  • Displaying your profile on the public leaderboard
  • Generating your digital passport and story cards
  • Administrative review of mission submissions
  • Communicating event-related information
  • Ensuring platform security and preventing abuse

4. Legal Basis for Processing

We process your personal data based on your consent provided at registration and our legitimate interest in operating the Tricult 2026 event platform. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. Your data may be shared with:

  • Supabase: Authentication and database hosting provider
  • Vercel: Application hosting provider
  • Public Leaderboard: Your name, persona, college, and points are displayed publicly

6. Data Retention

Your data is retained for the duration of Tricult 2026 and up to 90 days after the event concludes, after which it will be anonymized or deleted. You may request early deletion by contacting us.

You have the right to:

  • Access your personal data
  • Correct inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your data
  • Withdraw consent for data processing
  • Request a copy of your data in a portable format
  • Lodge a grievance with the Data Protection Board of India

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. No third-party tracking cookies or analytics cookies are used. These cookies are strictly necessary for the platform to function.
