Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account on STAMPED ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. The Platform is operated by MuLearn Foundation exclusively for the Tricult 2026 event. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

The Platform is open to all registered attendees of Tricult 2026. You must provide accurate personal information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3. Digital Passport & Points System

  • Stamps: Collected by scanning QR codes at designated zones. Points from stamps are awarded instantly.
  • Missions: Submissions are reviewed by administrators. Points remain pending until approved.
  • Tricult Points: Points have no monetary value and cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged for cash.
  • Leaderboard: Your name, persona, college, and points are displayed publicly on the leaderboard.
  • Tiers & Rewards: Tier progression and reward eligibility are based on verified points only.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Submit false or misleading mission proofs
  • Share, duplicate, or manipulate QR codes
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform or other users' accounts
  • Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the Platform
  • Upload offensive, harmful, or inappropriate content in mission submissions
  • Interfere with the proper operation of the Platform

5. Content & Submissions

By submitting mission proofs (text, links, or other content), you grant MuLearn a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and share such content in connection with the Tricult 2026 event. You represent that you own or have the right to share any content you submit.

6. Administrator Rights

Administrators reserve the right to approve, reject, or revoke mission submissions and points at their discretion. Decisions regarding points and rewards are final. Administrators may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

7. Intellectual Property

The Platform, including its design, code, logos, and content, is owned by MuLearn Foundation. "STAMPED", the digital passport system, and all associated branding are proprietary to MuLearn. You may not reproduce or redistribute any part of the Platform without prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. MuLearn shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform during the event.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kerala, India.
